Facebook Memorial Page Made BEFORE Boston Bombing

Here is the page before it is taken down https://www.facebook.com/BostonBombing1542013

It’s clear that the Boston Bombing Facebook Page was made at 7:37am or 8 hours ago. Is it possible that this page was created for something else and then the name was changed after the bombing occurred? Or, was this attack a false flag put on by the CIA, Mossad, or other insider group?
