President Barack Obama Is The Epitome of The 21st Century Schizoid Man

There are so many videos on YouTube that show Obama's history of flip-flopping. Here is a video of him flip-flopping about presidential signing statements. There are also videos of Obama screwing up at reading a teleprompter. Obama also makes bloopers like Bush, too many to count.
I don't know if politicians like Obama and Bush are complete morons or if they're clever liars who act and talk like morons in public. I think it is a bit of both. They obviously have to be professional liars to get to the top in American politics. But they're also certifiable morons.
