I have no problem at this point of the government shutting down.It is more of a problem than a asset to the people. What has the government done that can be considered useful? The Border Patrol is Not Allowed to Secure the Border, The Government does not enforce Immigration Laws. Politicians want to give amnesty to illegal immigrants who broke the broke the law so they can take jobs away from Americans looking for work. We are forced to accept and pay for a Health Care plan that is way below substandard. We had this law rammed down our throats. We no longer have no taxation without representation.We have now taxation without hesitation.Obamacare is a prime example.
This government does not no longer secure our rights and neither protects them. It seems they are hell bent on taking them away. Starting with free speech attacking the internet because they are losing credibility since information that was kept from the public are finding an alternate source of information called the World Wide Web to reach the people. They do not secure property rights. They will seize property in the name of saving an endangered species from extinction or to preserve a wetland. The attack economic activity with a bogus carbon claims being bad for the environment saying we can not drill and produce electricity.Being forced to depend on foreign imports instead of producing our own. Now we pay at the pump a very over inflated price.
The government does not work for the people anymore. Our children are sent to wars not to secure democracies.These wars are to enrich the military industrial complex.This is what President Eisenhower warned us about in his farewell address would happen if we allow this misplaced power to have influence in our foreign policy. The government does not secure our right to keep and bear arms.The government was running guns into Mexico trying to blame it on the law abiding gun owner in an attempt to confiscate the weapons from the hands of the people. We have no right to privacy and we are no longer secure in our person,papers and effects. They wire tap our phones without warrants and track our internet habits without cause. When we travel by plane or bus. we subjected to unreasonable searches being groped,grabbed and poked because some people in caves might attack us. Not to mention running the risk of having our cash and valuables stolen by the same hands. These are supposed to keep us safe. Nothing is safe with the TSA.
This government works for the bidding of Wall Street Corporations and Bankers.They ignore the will of the people. The government no longer protects a free market economy insuring fair business practices and healthy competition. We have monopolies and crony capitalism using the force of government to shut down competition whether it is the drug companies.big agriculture and big oil companies.
We have a Homeland Security agency claiming to secure the homeland from threats of terrorism of Muslims in caves. This agency refuses to secure the border and root out threats of foreign influences within our borders that endanger the safety of the American people. This agency sees the American people as a threat for embracing the heritage of the founding of this nations.Patriotic people who cherishes freedom and individual liberty is a threat to the homeland. Department of Homeland Security should be renamed the Department of Political Security.
Why should we allow a government that has become too destructive to function?What good reason is there. There is not any. Until cuts are made scaling back the size and scope of the government.It should shut down till it can live within its means without borrowing. It can not be honest with the people. It can not be honest with itself.If this government is going to collapse.It will implode from within from all the corruption and rot from inside the system.It can not sustain itself and it can not stand unless radical fundamental changes are made.If it does not shut down by no agreement. It will shut down by default falling like a house of cards like Soviet Russia did. History repeats itself again as Rome and other empires went.
